The Astros come to Miami for a two-game weekend set at loanDepot park, and Grails Miami carries both games on the big screens. Interleague baseball in Wynwood, Saturday and Sunday, about 12 minutes north of the ballpark, with the covered patio holding the overflow once the room fills up.

Houston belongs to the AL West and Miami to the NL East, so these two only cross paths on the interleague schedule, which gives a short weekend set a different weight than a division stretch. Two very different baseball cities meet here. Houston built its reputation around a downtown retractable-roof ballpark and a run of deep October appearances in the late 2010s and early 2020s. Miami built its around Little Havana, loanDepot park, and a fanbase shaped by the Caribbean and Latin American game. Early May in South Florida means warm afternoons, a full concourse, and a road trip circled on the calendar.

Spacious. Vibrant. Pure Miami. The covered Miami Vice patio seats up to 120 across multiple table configurations and has its own patio bar, with TVs angled for visibility from every seat. The Yard sits adjacent under a giant tent with a projector screen for the major game. Hookah service runs all evening on the patio.

The color palette pulls straight from Miami Vice: pinks, teals, neon accents. The patio walls flow with rotating mural work that fits Wynwood’s art-district vibe.

Yes, you really do drink it from a Jordan-inspired sneaker. The Grails sneaker cocktail is our most-photographed creation, equal parts conversation piece and craft cocktail. It’s been featured in local press, racked up millions of Instagram impressions, and is now a Wynwood rite of passage.

Rails Sports Bar was the highlight of our whole trip to Miami. Great atmosphere, plenty of screens, and the kind of energy you want from a sports bar. We had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was our server, Austin! He was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly attentive super kind, personable, and so easy to talk to. He checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and just had such a great energy throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to have a server who makes you feel like they actually care that you’re having a good time, and Austin absolutely did. He made us feel so welcome and turned an already fun outing into an even better one. Truly 12/10 service. I’ll absolutely be back — especially to watch sports — and will definitely be asking for Austin again!
