Georgia Tech at Georgia is one of the oldest rivalries in the South, contested since the 1890s and known for generations as Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate. It is an in-state argument that splits households between Atlanta and Athens, and one of the last November dates that still puts an ACC program across the field from an SEC program with a full calendar year of bragging rights attached. Grails Miami has it up in Wynwood on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.

Georgia Tech sits in the ACC, a league whose modern footprint runs down the Atlantic coast and through Florida. Georgia sits in the SEC. Sanford Stadium in Athens is one of the sport’s signature settings, the field ringed by the hedges since 1929, and the campus turns over to the rivalry for the week. Both programs recruit the same rich state, metro Atlanta above all, which is a structural reason the series has stayed personal for well over a century. Rivalry week closes the regular season and frames how each side talks about the whole year.

Sanford Stadium, Athens, GA. Punto de encuentro: Grails Miami, Wynwood.

What makes Grails different

Sneaker-themed bar interior at Grails Miami with rare sneakers on display

The World’s First Sneaker-Themed Restaurant & Bar

Hand-restored, well-known sneaker grails line our walls, collected from collaborations and drops throughout the last two decades. Our indoor lounge feels less like a sports bar and more like a sneakerhead’s dream living room, with red booths, ambient lighting, and a custom sneaker bar centerpiece.

Whether you’re a hypebeast, a casual collector, or just here for the wings, the indoor lounge is a vibe, and unlike any other sports bar in Miami.

The Covered “Miami Vice” Patio & The Yard

Spacious. Vibrant. Pure Miami. The covered Miami Vice patio seats up to 120 across multiple table configurations and has its own patio bar, with TVs angled for visibility from every seat. The Yard sits adjacent under a giant tent with a projector screen for the major game. Hookah service runs all evening on the patio.

The color palette pulls straight from Miami Vice: pinks, teals, neon accents. The patio walls flow with rotating mural work that fits Wynwood’s art-district vibe.

The Famous “Sneaker Cocktail”

Yes, you really do drink it from a Jordan-inspired sneaker. The Grails sneaker cocktail is our most-photographed creation, equal parts conversation piece and craft cocktail. It’s been featured in local press, racked up millions of Instagram impressions, and is now a Wynwood rite of passage.

Pair it with shareable dishes from the full menu or post up at the bar with a flight of hyper-local beer. There’s no other drink experience like it in Miami.

Not Your “Typical” Sports Bar

Award-winning craft cocktails. Hand-crafted shareable dishes. A bartender who actually remembers your name. Hyper-local beer on tap. 75+ TVs, two full bars, and three distinct seating areas, including a Wynwood-art-district patio. Group tables for 4 to 40+. Hookah on the patio. DJ-curated music.

This isn’t beer-and-wings-on-a-flat-screen. This is the Grails Experience. It’s why we’re consistently rated Miami’s #1 sports bar.

Rails Sports Bar was the highlight of our whole trip to Miami. Great atmosphere, plenty of screens, and the kind of energy you want from a sports bar. But what really made the night was our waitress, Ciara. She was kind, attentive, and so good at her job. She kept everything running smoothly and made us feel welcome from the start.not to mention Booker T. If you're in Miami, this is the place to go. Ask for Ciara or Booker T

We had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was our server, Austin! He was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly attentive super kind, personable, and so easy to talk to. He checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and just had such a great energy throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to have a server who makes you feel like they actually care that you’re having a good time, and Austin absolutely did. He made us feel so welcome and turned an already fun outing into an even better one. Truly 12/10 service. I’ll absolutely be back — especially to watch sports — and will definitely be asking for Austin again!
