Atlanta visits New York on a Thursday night at Madison Square Garden, and Grails Miami has the game on screens across the room and the patio. Two big Eastern Conference markets with very different basketball personalities meet here. New York treats the Garden like a cathedral of the sport, while Atlanta carries the Southern swagger that has shaped the franchise identity for decades. Both cities have deep roots in South Florida, which makes this a natural Wynwood watch.

The Knicks play out of the Atlantic Division and the Hawks out of the Southeast, the same division as the Heat. Any Atlanta result carries weight for Miami in the Eastern Conference picture. Madison Square Garden has hosted some of the loudest nights in league history, and the building finds another gear for a Thursday national slot. The two franchises met in the postseason across several eras, and a late January tip-off between conference foes always carries seeding implications heading toward spring.

The Grails Experience

What makes Grails different

Sneaker-themed bar interior at Grails Miami with rare sneakers on display

The World’s First Sneaker-Themed Restaurant & Bar

Hand-restored, well-known sneaker grails line our walls, collected from collaborations and drops throughout the last two decades. Our indoor lounge feels less like a sports bar and more like a sneakerhead’s dream living room, with red booths, ambient lighting, and a custom sneaker bar centerpiece.

Whether you’re a hypebeast, a casual collector, or just here for the wings, the indoor lounge is a vibe, and unlike any other sports bar in Miami.

The Covered “Miami Vice” Patio & The Yard

Spacious. Vibrant. Pure Miami. The covered Miami Vice patio seats up to 120 across multiple table configurations and has its own patio bar, with TVs angled for visibility from every seat. The Yard sits adjacent under a giant tent with a projector screen for the major game. Hookah service runs all evening on the patio.

The color palette pulls straight from Miami Vice: pinks, teals, neon accents. The patio walls flow with rotating mural work that fits Wynwood’s art-district vibe.

The Famous “Sneaker Cocktail”

Yes, you really do drink it from a Jordan-inspired sneaker. The Grails sneaker cocktail is our most-photographed creation, equal parts conversation piece and craft cocktail. It’s been featured in local press, racked up millions of Instagram impressions, and is now a Wynwood rite of passage.

Pair it with shareable dishes from the full menu or post up at the bar with a flight of hyper-local beer. There’s no other drink experience like it in Miami.

Not Your “Typical” Sports Bar

Award-winning craft cocktails. Hand-crafted shareable dishes. A bartender who actually remembers your name. Hyper-local beer on tap. 75+ TVs, two full bars, and three distinct seating areas, including a Wynwood-art-district patio. Group tables for 4 to 40+. Hookah on the patio. DJ-curated music.

This isn’t beer-and-wings-on-a-flat-screen. This is the Grails Experience. It’s why we’re consistently rated Miami’s #1 sports bar.

Rails Sports Bar was the highlight of our whole trip to Miami. Great atmosphere, plenty of screens, and the kind of energy you want from a sports bar. But what really made the night was our waitress, Ciara. She was kind, attentive, and so good at her job. She kept everything running smoothly and made us feel welcome from the start.not to mention Booker T. If you're in Miami, this is the place to go. Ask for Ciara or Booker T

We had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was our server, Austin! He was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly attentive super kind, personable, and so easy to talk to. He checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and just had such a great energy throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to have a server who makes you feel like they actually care that you’re having a good time, and Austin absolutely did. He made us feel so welcome and turned an already fun outing into an even better one. Truly 12/10 service. I’ll absolutely be back — especially to watch sports — and will definitely be asking for Austin again!
