The Egg Bowl is the oldest rivalry in the state of Mississippi, traced back to the turn of the last century, and it has lived on Thanksgiving weekend for generations. Ole Miss and Mississippi State split one state, one recruiting map and one trophy that has traded hands since the Golden Egg was introduced in the 1920s. Grails Miami has the noon kickoff up in Wynwood, with the rest of the rivalry-week slate spread across the room.

Vaught-Hemingway Stadium sits a short walk from The Grove in Oxford, and rivalry week turns that corner of campus into one of the more charged settings in the SEC. Both programs pull from the same high schools across the Delta, the Jackson metro and the Gulf Coast, which is the structural reason this game carries an edge the rest of the calendar does not. It is the final week of the regular season, so bowl positioning and a full year of in-state bragging rights ride on four quarters. A noon kickoff, treated like primetime.

Spacious. Vibrant. Pure Miami. The covered Miami Vice patio seats up to 120 across multiple table configurations and has its own patio bar, with TVs angled for visibility from every seat. The Yard sits adjacent under a giant tent with a projector screen for the major game. Hookah service runs all evening on the patio.

The color palette pulls straight from Miami Vice: pinks, teals, neon accents. The patio walls flow with rotating mural work that fits Wynwood’s art-district vibe.

Yes, you really do drink it from a Jordan-inspired sneaker. The Grails sneaker cocktail is our most-photographed creation, equal parts conversation piece and craft cocktail. It’s been featured in local press, racked up millions of Instagram impressions, and is now a Wynwood rite of passage.

Rails Sports Bar was the highlight of our whole trip to Miami. Great atmosphere, plenty of screens, and the kind of energy you want from a sports bar. We had such a great experience, and a huge part of that was our server, Austin! He was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. He was incredibly attentive super kind, personable, and so easy to talk to. He checked in at all the right times, made sure we had everything we needed, and just had such a great energy throughout the entire experience. It’s rare to have a server who makes you feel like they actually care that you’re having a good time, and Austin absolutely did. He made us feel so welcome and turned an already fun outing into an even better one. Truly 12/10 service. I’ll absolutely be back — especially to watch sports — and will definitely be asking for Austin again!
