No. Full-room and full-venue buyouts are one path, ideal for 50+ guests or events that need a dedicated A/V setup. Smaller groups, including bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, birthdays, engagement dinners, and group celebrations from about 15 to 50 guests, are usually handled as a reserved group experience: a coordinated section of one of our rooms, a custom menu built around shareable plates and your bar package, and special touches like the Holy Grail sneaker vessel for the group toast, a cake-and-sparkler send-off, or themed decor. Tell us your headcount and the vibe and we will recommend the right path on the proposal.
We collect a deposit to hold the date once the proposal is signed. The deposit is typically applied to your food and beverage minimum on the day of the event. Cancellation windows and refundability vary by room and proximity to the date. Our events team will walk you through the exact terms before anything is signed.
The Sneaker Lounge holds 80 guests, the covered Miami Vice Patio holds 120, and The Yard under the tent holds 100. A full buyout combines all three for up to 300 guests. We have run everything from intimate 30-person dinners in the lounge to 300-person corporate takeovers across all three rooms. Smaller groups under 50 are typically a reserved group experience (see the bachelorette question above) rather than a full room buyout.
Yes. Grails welcomes kids of all ages at any time, including during private events. We are a full restaurant and sports bar with families in the regular weekend brunch and game-day audience. A real differentiator compared to most Miami sports bars and Wynwood nightlife rooms, which are 21+.
Our in-house kitchen builds private-event menus around shareable family-style plates, group platters, and stations. We can scale a menu for a 30-person birthday or a 300-person buyout. Bar packages range from open-bar tiers (beer and wine, well, premium, top-shelf) to consumption-based tabs. Hand-crafted cocktails, local craft beer on tap, and the Holy Grail shareable sneaker for groups up to 12 are all on the table.
Yes. The Yard has a giant projector screen we can dedicate to your slideshow, watch party, or branded content. The Sneaker Lounge and Miami Vice Patio have 75+ TVs combined that we can route to your feed. We can run a DJ, a microphone for toasts, or a brand activation through the in-house sound system in any of the rooms.
For full venue buyouts, yes, we can open earlier than the standard hours of Mon-Thu 3 PM, Fri 12 PM, Sat-Sun 11 AM. Daytime corporate events, brunch buyouts, and morning brand activations are bookable. Note that our regular schedule is the public hours, so private daytime windows are quoted case by case.
