These terms govern the Grails Miami text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Grails Miami sends reservation confirmations, booking and reservation-management links, table-minimum confirmations, and occasional venue updates and offers to guests who provide their mobile number when booking a reservation by phone, on grailsmiami.com, or in person at the venue.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity and our updates.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Grails Miami does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out and help
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages; reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP, call (305) 912-9924, or email info@grailsmiami.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile opt-in data or consent is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
