Part time / $25 to $30 per hour / Wynwood, in person
Lead daily operations across front of house and kitchen. Coach and motivate the team, keep service smooth during major events and high volume weekends, run the Toast POS, manage inventory and food safety, handle scheduling, and help hire and onboard new staff.
- Proven food service or restaurant management experience (quick service or casual dining a plus)
- Strong leadership; calm and organized in a fast paced room
- POS experience (Toast preferred) and food safety knowledge

Deliver the Grails experience table side. Greet and take care of guests, fire orders and run food and drinks on Toast, keep pace during major game days and busy nights, and help showcase bottle service and the full menu. Tipped position with strong earning potential on event nights.
- Serving experience in a high volume bar or restaurant preferred
- Energetic, guest focused, and quick on your feet during rushes

You are the first impression of the venue. Greet guests with energy, manage reservations, waitlists, and table flow on SevenRooms, communicate seating and pacing with servers and management, and help keep the room running during major sporting events and high volume nights.
- Hosting, hospitality, restaurant, or nightlife experience preferred
- SevenRooms experience is a strong plus
- Great communication, composed under pressure, available nights and weekends
