These SMS Terms of Service govern the Grails Miami text messaging program, operated by Cocowalk Anchor LLC d/b/a Grails Miami. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description
Grails Miami sends transactional, reservation-related text messages — reservation confirmations, reminders, booking and reservation-management links, table-minimum confirmations, and schedule and start-time updates — to guests who opt in when booking a reservation on grailsmiami.com, by phone with our host, or in person at the venue. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your reservation activity. You will typically receive 2–4 messages per reservation.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Grails Miami does not charge for the messages themselves.
Opt out and help
You can cancel the text messaging service at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further messages; reply START to resubscribe. For help, reply HELP, call (305) 912-9924, or email info@grailsmiami.com.
Supported carriers
This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Cricket, Boost Mobile, and MetroPCS. Carrier availability may change without notice.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
