SMS / Text Updates
Grails Miami, operated by Cocowalk Anchor LLC d/b/a Grails Miami — a restaurant and sports bar at 2800 N Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33127 — offers an optional text-message program so guests can receive updates about their reservation.
What you will receive
If you opt in, we send transactional, reservation-related text messages only: booking confirmations, reminders, links to manage your reservation, table-minimum confirmations, and schedule and start-time updates. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
How to opt in
Opting in is optional and is never required to make a reservation. You can opt in two ways:
- On our website: when you book a reservation at grailsmiami.com/reservations-v2, check the optional SMS consent box, which is unchecked by default. The box reads: “I agree to receive transactional text messages from Grails Miami about my reservation: confirmations, reminders, booking and management links, and schedule updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
- By phone or in person: when you book a reservation with our host, you can ask to receive text updates. Our host confirms your consent, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Frequency, rates, and opt-out
Message frequency varies; you will typically receive 2–4 messages per reservation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of making a reservation.
Privacy
